Book Faster: new Hallmaster booking system is live!
1st Hurstpierpoint Scout Headquarters is modern, well equipped and available for hire. We have a meeting room, large hall, well-equipped kitchen and showers available with car parking facilities within the grounds with additional spaces in the public car park directly opposite our main gate.

(52 by 27 feet) is equipped with fresh air ventilation and accommodates 100 seated or 200 standing.

(22 by 27 feet) will accommodate twenty in a formal meeting.

Facilities are available for hire separately or together and are suitable for regular hire or individual events such as wedding receptions, children's parties, meetings, disco's, seminars, exhibitions, concerts, indoor sports and classes.
A high level of care affords pleasant surroundings and our hire rates are most competitive.
We allow bouncy castles inside the hall, perfect for a children's party.
Please check availability in the calendar below and hire prices. Download the 'Terms & Conditions' and 'Emergency Procedures', and complete the online 'Booking Form' via the Booking Scheduler. Please note for one of hires there is a minimum hire period of 3 hours.

We are located in the centre of Hurstpierpoint on Brown Twins Road, just off the end of Trinity Road.
Parking is available on site, however if additional parking is required this can be found in Brown Twins Road public car park immediately opposite the Scout HQ, which is a short walk to Hurstpierpoint High Street, Millennium Gardens and Hurst Meadows.
