Beavers

Beaver Scouts are young boys and girls usually aged between six and eight years old. Our Beaver Colonies are friendly and active, they meet on Mondays (Newtimber) and Tuesdays (Wolstonbury).

What Do Beavers Do?

They play games, do crafts, make new friends, explore the local Sussex countryside and build things to name a few. While doing all of these things they are earning badges working towards the highest award in Beavers the Chief Scout Bronze Award.

One of the highlights during Beavers is getting to do sleepovers during the year with friends. This can be a nervous time but so much fun is had on this adventure.

Eventually when they become 8 years old, they move up to Cubs.
